A Jelly Baby walks into a bar and starts talking to a Smartie. After a few beers the Smartie says "Ere, a bunch of us are heading to that new club, fancy tagging along?"
The Jelly Baby says "No mate, I'm a soft centre, I always end up getting my head kicked in." So Smartie says "Don't worry about it, I'm a bit of a hard case, I'll look after you."
Jelly Baby thinks about it for a minute and says "Fair enough, as long as you'll look after me", and off they go.
After a few more beers in the club, three Smints walk in. As soon as he sees them, Smartie hides under the table. The Smints take one look at Jelly Baby and start kicking him, breaking bottles over his little jelly head, lamping him with little sugary chairs, and generally having a laugh. After a while they get bored and walk out.
Jelly Baby pulls his battered Jelly Baby body over to the table and wipes up his Jelly Baby blood and turns to Smartie and says "I thought you were going to look after me."
"I was!" says Smartie, "But those Smints are fucking menthol "

Wow!
I dunno what is up with me today, but I'm happier than a pig in a pile of shit.
Woke up around 12ish (I'm only working at 14:30, so :P), went down stairs to find the Xmas mixes I had ordered. Made me-self some toastie pizza thingies, and put Slam's set on. Put the voume full on everything I could, and turned the speakers facing out my room (no-one is home ya'know) and went to take a shower.
Next thing I now, I'm bouncing around like a loon to da choons!! :D

Have you ever spent a very long time trying to put something behind you, something you'd rather not, but have to for your own good, only to have it suddenly and hecticly resurface, throwing all that time out of the window, only leaving you with the hope that it will be easier to get over the second time around?
If so, you have my sympathy :(
Other than that, was a pretty wikkid week-end. Big shout out to Emma for her smashing 21st Bday bash. Hope you had as much fun.
Jake, I'm a man of my word, so I hope the 'Carlton' was worth it, but judging from the cheers, I think it was. :)
Tim, mucho gracias for the beers mate, looking forward to Cherryjam this week-end.
Craig, yes, so I may be swaying a little to darkside, but thats a good thing I guess. ;pAnd to all others (especially those that gave sych positive feed-back on my mixing) hope you all had fun.

Well now that was a wellneeded break from the norm :D
The trip to Nottingham was an absolute blast, Passion is easily the most impressive club I've ever seen, and all the people I met were sound. So a big thanks goes out to: Ricksta, Foxylady, Drew69, Peet, Muzik98, Johny Favourite, Dazman, Pete, GRS, Jellytot, Milly, Drakau, Campino Man, Marc West, Farino, PerpetuousDreamer, that girl that we met near the end who thought I was 24 (thanks for that) and whose name I cant remember, and anyone else I have forgotten.
